Out of Stock Items
Due to the special nature of imported products, we may face a temporary out-of-stock situation, and we will communicate with you to provide options for refunding or waiting for replenishment.

Shipping Items
If there is a problem during the transportation of the mailed goods, we will assist you to settle the claim with the logistics company, but we will not assume the main responsibility. (Sydney Metro Delivery Service Excepted)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Frozen and Chilled Food goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and process the refund and return.

Refunds and Returns Process
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging or it is not fit for purpose. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiry@mottomart.com.au. Requests for a refund must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. A refund will only be provided once it is approved by us, and we have received the items back at our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on sale items or gift cards.
