HOJI-CHA (Roasted Green Tea) Hoji-Cha is the last autumn season harvest which is roasted at a high level to give its caramelised and nutty flavour, aroma alongside a golden colour. It is over 90% decaffeinated and traditionally enjoyed as an after dinner tea. We have milled the tea into powder form for easy use in lattes, or baking at home. This is the only Japanese green tea that you can brew with 100β boiling water.
